Designed to support all year groups where needed and a multitude of topics, schools can experience panel discussions that cover a range of information. Discussions on apprenticeship opportunities, workplace experiences and employer expectations, can allow young people the chance to ask questions and breakdown any fears or stereotypes regarding their employment journey

Curriculum Needs
The panels can be used to support curriculum requirements in the form of research. Panels can be formed from specific sectors, answering questions that pertains to subject learning

Work Discussion
Broader themes can be explored looking at careers as a whole. Panels can discuss apprenticeships, the recruitment process and talk about the transferable skills valued by most organisations

Q&A
The format of the discussions extends into Q&A sessions, where the student audience has the opportunity to ask their own questions on areas that are most useful to their learning and employment journey
