REPORTS
All of our work is evaluated, using responses collated immediately once a programme is completed from teaching staff, young people, parents/carers and employers. This section will display reports as and when they are created, as well as past evaluations as examples of how we evaluate work immediately upon conclusion of specific work.
BENCHMARKING
We evaluate all of our work in recognition of the need to grow and evolve our offer to meet the constantly changing needs of young people and ensure employer/sector messaging is up-to-date or relevant. We work closely with education establishments to support the curriculum and create a bespoke offering. Also, we ensure that all evaluations created for each institution are matched against the Gatsby Benchmarks, a measurement of quality careers, so that evidence can be presented of a comprehensive careers programme.
