INTERVIEW DAYS
Key Stage 4/5 day, providing students with the opportunity to be interviewed by a member of the local business community. Our charity provides the questions, but asks interviewers to deliver them and provide feedback at the end. This is a simple delivery format, but one that is highly effective
Designed to Meet Need
Interview Days can be delivered quite simply by having students attend timed slots or can be structured to provide interview preparation workshops prior to the experience taking place
Employer Preparation
Each employer who attends to interview is fully prepped before the experience, understanding their responsibility as an interviewer and ways of delivering verbal feedback at the end
Feedback
Each student will receive verbal and written feedback. The written feedback can form part of their portfolio to showcase to employers, for when they attend a real interview setting
