EMPLOYABILITY DAYS
Employability Days are a Key Stage 4/5 focus, providing specific year groups with a carousel of different zones, that build towards an employability picture. Young people meet a marketplace of employers, receive interview guidance, tackle group interview scenarios, listen to sector talkshops and any other area that you feel can support the journeys that your students are heading towards
Evaluation
As with all of our events, the Employability Day is evaluated using feedback from young people, employers and teaching staff, to look at what worked and what can be further improved. Linked to the Gatsby Benchmarks

Employability Days can be designed to fit the space that your school can provide. There are a range of themes that the days can include, but we will meet with you to determine the very best layout for your students
CV Builder
Employability Days take students through aspects of the job application process, encourage the showcase of transferable skills and provide experiences that can be utilised for their CVs and future interviewing
