MAKE IT YOUR BUSINESS
Key Stage 3 programme, delivered live or resources provided. Introduction day sets young people the task of forming teams and developing a business and brand new business idea. Project is designed to fit a school's timetable and can span a couple of months or several weeks. In the 'live' version, EBP staff attend to mentor and provide guidance. Presentations are judged at the end by a panel of business judges, with an overall winner declared.

Students are encouraged to embrace innovation, not just in their ideas but how they present them also
Working with Mentors
Whole year groups can work with EBP staff to develop their ideas and gain an understanding of how to develop a business
Presentation Skills
Students are coached to develop presentation skills and think about how they can impress upon judges the potential for their ideas
Transferable Skills
Students take on specific roles, through which they develop key transferable skills such as leadership, teamwork and problem solving
