In 2024/25, the Careers Team worked with 42 different learning institutes, representing SEND, PRUs, secondary, grammar and young refugee support

Can you explain an example of ‘greater student motivation’ because of external careers one-to-one interviews?

'Absolutely. Students have talked about their interviews and found it really, really motivating. I've had some really good feedback from my line manager that's come from the students.

It's validating how useful appointments can be and what the students can get from the experience.'
